12^th KINCON(Odisha)

Dear Colleagues and Friends,

Greetings from the organising committee of 12th Kerala Interventional Neurology Conference KINCON and 3rd SNIF Neurointervention Conference, which is being held this year in Bhubaneshwar. It gives us pleasure to announce the 12th KINCON to be held in 13th successive year since the 1st KINCON that was organised in the year 2008 at Perinthalmanna (Kerala). KINCON is a platform for practicing neurointerventionist to share their experiences on important field of stroke and neurointervention and apply constant learning for the treatment of complex cerebrovascular diseases and acute stroke situation in our patient population. In a rapidly evolving knowledge base it becomes important to update and discuss the changing paradigm of management for right indications and case selection on one side and selection of a technique and tools on the other, which can adapt to our population and resources.

The Stroke and Neurointervention Foundation with its objectives has been instrumental in advancing knowledge, training and learning in the field of neurointervention and stroke especially with focus on the underdeveloped regions of the nation. KINCON is one of such continued efforts.

On 09th September 2023 there will be a neurointervention workshop and on 10th September 2023 we will have lectures and panel discussion on current topics of cerebrovascular diseases. We have created carefully a scientific program for both trainees and young Neurointerventionist to be benefitted from experiences of the learned faculty. We invite you to participate in the 12th KINCON that promises to be a great learning experience.
